What Did You Learn from the Pandemic?

None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. So how should you live today? Who will you be? What will your relationships look like? What will your impact be? How will you feel when your head hits your pillow again? How will you be remembered?

Some lessons from the pandemic:
1. our world can change in an instant,
2. our health or loved one’s can crumble,
3. emotional well-being is a real thing,
4. and we’re ALL interconnected.

Apart from changes to how some of us work, very few people seem to have changed significantly because of the pandemic.

Alas, we are all carrying trauma, anxiety, fear, anger and more from the pandemic. There are opportunities to be better people-to be better business people, better family members, better neighbors, better community members.

I know you can feel how “off” things are right now and I’d like to try help. Whether you’d like someone to work with you, another person, a pair, a team, a company, a congregation or a government body, I’m sure you are aware of the fear and insecurity in all of these systems, internal and external.

We are all interconnected and we are all transferring our anxieties throughout our systems with too little awareness or conscious decision-making.

I’m a listener, chaplain, pastor,  commentator, coach, mediator, negotiator, leader, show host, speaker, preacher, counselor and more.

Our interconnectedness should be giving us hope and inspiration for all of that we can achieve collectively. The total can be greater than the sum of its parts but only when we are functioning well together. Will you let me help you determine how be happier, healthier, more constructive, more relaxed … better?

A Word on Safety

We have to make safety explicit because it literally cannot be assumed to be valued equally or mean the same thing to everyone.
